Apex Performance Labs is a physical performance center. A coach who knows your name, fifteen people you train alongside, and a five-phase protocol signed off by a clinician. Lena, our AI nutrition coach, rides along in your pocket: meal logs, macro tally, kitchen-counter answers. The work happens in the room. The science holds it together. The app does the math.

Five phases. Foundation, Build, Evolve, Perform, Apex. The structure is fixed; your goal is yours. You always know which phase you are in, and why.

02 · Place

A room, not a feed

Alpha, Melbourne Avenue. A specific gym in Colombo 4. A specific door. A 06:30 slot. Capacity capped at 15 per session; you train with the same people, with the same coach.

03 · Coach

A real person, in your corner

Not an AI. A coach who knows what you lifted last Thursday and what your bloodwork said in March. Voice notes, signed plans, edits in the thread.

04 · Community

The people training alongside you

A members roster, a weekly podium, a 24-hour thread. No likes, no follower counts. A community as a room you walk into, not a feed you scroll.

Lena is your nutrition coach in your pocket. She reads your meal photos, tallies your macros against today's targets, and answers in your kitchen, without you having to log a gram by hand. The science is hers; the conversation feels human.

Not a chatbot pretending to be a coach. Lena hands the harder calls to your human coach: plan changes, training prescriptions, anything clinical, signed and on the record.

The science

Apex isn't a wellness app guessing at calories. Your plan is drafted by an in-house nutrition engine and signed by a human clinician. The trail is visible from sample to plate.

01 · Bloodwork in

Real markers, your record.

Partner clinical labs collect samples at the gym or at the lab. Results return to your member record within five to seven working days, flagged with PubMed-cited thresholds, not generic ranges.

02 · Engine drafts

A plan tuned to you.

An in-house nutrition engine drafts your weekly plan against your locale, your condition tags, and the macros set by your bloodwork. Not a wellness app’s lookup table.

03 · Clinician signs

Dr. Buddhika signs every plan.

Plans don’t leave the system until a registered clinician reviews and signs them. The signature is on the line. The science shows its work.

And monthly

Body composition, biomarker deltas, strength numbers, DEXA. The receipts are the consequence of adherence, visited monthly, not glanced at daily.
