Refund & cancellation

Apex services are delivered in person at our gym branch. Alpha, Melbourne Avenue, Colombo 4. The terms below apply to all annual memberships, coached modules, and session packs paid for via this site, our staff, or any third-party payment partner.

Refund window

You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of payment, provided the module or membership has not yet started. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten (10) working days.

Where a module is scheduled to start within the 7-day window, you may either request a full refund before the first session or convert your payment into a credit valid for twelve (12) months against any future Apex service.

Cancellation before a module begins

You may cancel at any time before the first session of a module. A full refund is issued, less any transaction fees levied by the card processor (typically 2–3% of the gross amount).

Cancellation after a module begins

Once a module has begun, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the programme. The completed sessions are charged at the standard session-pack rate; the remainder is returned.

  • Annual memberships paid in full may be cancelled at any time. The unused months are refunded at the prevailing monthly rate.
  • Modules paid monthly may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for billing periods already begun.
  • Session packs are non-refundable once any session in the pack has been used.

Medical reasons

If you cannot continue a module for a documented medical reason, we will issue a full credit for the unused balance (no expiry) or, at our discretion, refund the unused balance to the original payment method. Please send a doctor's note to info@trainatapex.com.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email info@trainatapex.com from the address you registered with, or message the same WhatsApp thread your payment link was issued from. Include your full name and the module or membership the request relates to. A team member will confirm within one working day.

Transaction currency

All transactions are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Card payments are processed by DirectPay Sri Lanka. International cardholders should expect their bank to apply a foreign-exchange rate.
