Apex services are delivered in person at our gym branch. Alpha, Melbourne Avenue, Colombo 4. There are no physical goods to ship and no import or export of products.

The trading entity APEX PERFORMANCE LABS (PVT) LTD has its head office at B 05/05, Royal Park Condominium, 115 Lake Drive, Rajagiriya 10107. Members do not visit the head office for training. All delivery happens at the gym branch above.
No shipping
We do not sell physical products on this site. Nothing is shipped, imported, or exported. No import duties or customs charges apply to the services you purchase.
When access begins
Once your payment is confirmed and you have completed our short consent and measurement steps, your coach contacts you on WhatsApp to schedule your first session. First sessions are typically booked within three (3) working days of payment.
Operating hours
The gym operates daily from 05:30 to 21:00. Coached module sessions run on a published timetable; open-gym access for annual members covers the same hours. Specific session times are confirmed with your coach.
Clinical assessments
If you opt into a medical assessment, partner clinics collect samples at our gym or at the partner lab depending on the test required. Results are uploaded to your member record within five (5) to seven (7) working days and reviewed with you by Dr. Buddhika before plan sign-off.
If you cannot attend
Please give your coach at least twelve (12) hours' notice if you cannot attend a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be marked as completed for adherence-tracking purposes; repeated no-shows may forfeit the prescribed slot.
