Terms of service

The agreement is between you (the member) and APEX PERFORMANCE LABS (PVT) LTD, registered in Sri Lanka at B 05/05, Royal Park Condominium, 115 Lake Drive, Rajagiriya 10107. Services are delivered at our gym branch. Alpha, Melbourne Avenue, 36 Melbourne Avenue, Colombo 4.

A coached training programme delivered in person at our Colombo gym; access to the member app for protocol, nutrition, and messaging with your coach; and optional clinical assessments delivered by partner labs.

• Annual Membership. LKR 80,000 per year, open gym access. Pay monthly, quarterly, or one-time annual.
• Modules 1 to 5. Coached programmes priced from LKR 60,000 to 200,000 per module. Pay monthly or in full. An optional medical add-on (LKR 60,000 to 100,000) covers bloodwork and clinical reviews for the module.
• Session Packs. One-time, non-recurring. LKR 15,000 or 30,000.

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. We may revise prices for new sign-ups with notice; your current membership terms continue at the rate you signed up at.

Card payments are processed by DirectPay Sri Lanka via a unique payment link issued by our staff. Bank transfer and cash are available on request. Receipts are issued by email.

See our refund & cancellation policy. Briefly: full refund within 7 days before the module begins; pro-rata after; medical-reason cancellation honoured on documentation.

• Provide accurate medical and contact information. Tell your coach if anything material changes.
• Train within the limits of your medical advice and the cues from your coach.
• Treat staff and fellow members with respect. We reserve the right to terminate a membership for repeated breaches of conduct, with a pro-rata refund.

Exercise carries inherent risk. By becoming a member you confirm that you have disclosed material medical conditions, will follow your coach's instructions, and assume the residual risk consistent with safe training practice.

To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, Apex's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.

We may amend these terms from time to time. Material changes will be sent to your registered email. Continued use of the service after an amendment indicates acceptance.
